I couldn’t help but smile as I captured images that felt powerful with every shot. There are sessions where everything just clicks — the light, the energy, the connection — and this was absolutely one of them.
I’ve known Britney since she was a little girl, so watching her step into this season of becoming a bride is truly special. Being trusted to capture this chapter of her story made the session even more meaningful for me.
One of the best parts of their engagement session was how naturally we moved throughout the property, creating imagery that was truly them just being them. We weren’t trying to recreate a Pinterest collage, and that blank canvas gave me the freedom to do what I do best — guide, observe, and create in the moment.
I love talking with my couples and encouraging them to simply be themselves. Britney and Ethan were completely comfortable, without the pressure of having to perform. Every image came from simple real-time direction, and the joy and laughter between them created the perfect atmosphere for authentic, candid moments.
